Power Chip

Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone knows anything about these chip upgrades?
They seem too cheap to be any good -

Could there be any negative side effects?

Thank you,
Mark

for 5 GBP, don't think it's going to work...there're a lot of discussions about this

These seem to be available for all fuel injected vehicles. The so-called module is a resistor you attach to your air temperature sensor or coolant temperature sensor. Despite what the seller claims these cannot be installed on an X5 since the IAT sensor is part of the MAF sensor assembly.

Just take a glance at this guys NEGATIVE feedback score

Feedback Score: 13317
Positive Feedback: 98.0%
Members who left a positive: 13590
Members who left a negative: 273
All positive feedback received: 14045

Though out of 14000 it doesn't seem high...I have NEVER seen a legitimate seller with that many negative comments...and I've been buying/selling on eBay since it started.
