Hey moderator, do we need Mi5's type around here? The only thing he has contributed to the site is a poor example of an austrailian. Lets vote him off this island.

you guys are so amusing...now stop being drama queens and get on with life..my goodness.

The compliments continue.

In your 31 posts you have been able to do little more than prove what a donkey you are.

By looking at your public profile I see your a Manager/Engineer. I would hope you act differently to the people you manage. Also, based on your complaints, I hope your engineering tolerances are tighter than 1.5 mm.

If anyone needs to get a life, it would be you. You should reread what you have typed before you press the reply button and consider the people you have offended with your coments on an open forum.

Hey kids, take this outside... Some of us are still looking for an aswer this thread...

Wagner 03-05-2007 07:49 AM

Answer to the thread should be as was already stated, pop the cap, loosen the bolt, adjust the wiper, job done.

At least that is how it use to be, maybe I'll just go test it on my X to make sure.

[side note] - this issue has nothing to do with engineering: it has to do with use, torque on the bolts, wiper force on the window causing restriction on the motor.

If you ignore him, he will go away. Trust me ;)

steve,

What *exactly* do manufacturing tolerances have to do with your initial rant on Mi5 that went military?

I did on his other posts, but he's just getting to be too much. But you're right.....probably looking for attention with his ignorant comments.

I just tried that and no luck. After loosening the bolt the arm remains in the same position, it's really on there good. How did you make out when you tried it?
