Recommended Extended Warrantee Program?

Bought my 03 BMW from a non-BMW dealership. Anyone recommend an good/reasonable extended warrantee program that I should look into? My X5 has 25K miles and I anticipate putting 30-40 K more miles in the next 3 years.

Do a serch for 'extended warranty' and you will come up with plenty of reading material.
Last time I checked 'Warranty Direct' was the preferred provider.
