How many FSR's?
 

How many of you have had to replace your final stage resistors more than once?

My 2000 X5's FSR was acting up. I replaced it with the FSR that is sold on ebay. The new unit looks like it has a better cooling design than the OEM so hopefully it will last.

I looked at the FSR that I took out. It is an OEM and is dated 12/04. So that means that I'm most likely on my #3 FSR.

My only hope is that the aftermarket design will last better. Even if it doesn't -- it was really easy to change out, thanks to the info I got on this forum.
