Is this a good deal?
 
What do you think? Good deal or not? 2004 CPO X5 4.4 with 35,000 miles. Sterling grey with black leather. Options include cold weather package, Comfort seats, heated rear seats, heated steering wheel, Navigation, PDC, Premium Stereo, Premium package and rear climate package for $38,995 in Illinois.

you already have a 4.4 get a 4.8

I drove that 4.8 in the link I sent you. Nice ride. They had a jeep srt8 too just for fun I gave it a ride. Lots of go but not very user friendly. I did like the jeep nav better though. In the end I went with the 4.6. it was about 13k cheaper and I put a ton of miles on my car with work.

$38k would be a decent deal for those miles and options.

Thanks for the comments... The 4.8 is a bit out of my range so I will most likely negotiate on the CPO 4.4.
As an aside if anyone is interested in what dealers are offering on trade, I was quoted about $20-$21k for my CPO'd 02 with 58k miles.

Given the fact that the 4.4 you are looking at doesn't even have the sport package or xenons, I would search out a 4.6/4.8 :)
