hi. ive try use panic mode but thats not working in my car same like motion sensors etc. can someone help me?also when im driving something knocking on the back ive check everything on the back and i dont know whats that? thanks

A) sounds like you dont have the alarm option.

B) it could be a few things, 1) maybe your spare is loose 2) maybe tools like the jack and tire iron arnt screwed/poped in all the way. 3) If you have the roll out rear floor something could be under it.
