FYI, BMW of Greenwich is opening a new service center in Port Chester, NY on March 14th. I don't particularly like the dealership, but I might give the new service department a chance at some point. :dunno:

Yeah, I got the email from them today for their opening. I remember reading either Janix or somebody had a problem with them. :dunno: I have been using Westchester BMW and happy with them. They also opened up their all new service and sales center in Oct last year. Greenwich BMW gave me a rough time when I was shopping for my 4.8is last year. Maybe now they have new staff also. Would like to hear somebody's experience.

I got mine in New Jersey. If they give me a loaner, I'll give them a shot. Otherwise I'll stick with Darien, who gave me a loaner last time I was in for service.
