Sorry to hear about this. Try asking your insurance company if they cover towing though.

That really sucks TJ, I would go the indy route as well!

I have almost the same problem too. My X5 is at stealer who is taking care of tranny (as a goodwill warranty from BMW coz my factory warranty was over) and my valley pan (on my expenses). Try talking to stealer to talk to BMW for goodwill warranty as 101K miles are still less for a BMW.

I did try that but he wouldn't go 4 it especially since this is a dealer I've never been to, he just happened to be located right off the turnpike so he really doesn't care much. I finally made a decision and getting the car to VAC Motorsports in S Philly where Armand a well-known tech to some of our fellow members is going to take care of my X.

You should have tried calling BMWNA yourself. It does help sometimes.

Yeah I should've but it was going to take time and I don't have that right now :( hopefully it will all be forgotten soon.

tijanaw, this sucks. but i feel as though your X is in good hands now.
i'm glad i could be of assistance all the way from vegas. :)

I finally picked my X yesterday after 5 days at VAC Motorsports. They treated her very well and gave me a great deal on the repairs. I would recomment to any members from the Tri- State area to go see Armands, he knows his stuff and is a BIMRS.
Thanks again BB 4 everything:thumbup:!
