BMW Tech CD's
 

I have the BMW Tech CD's for 1983-2003. However I am having trouble using them. Does anyone know who these work? Mind you I do have a detailed knowledge of software. Just not this software
They are tagged as follow:
EBA
TIS
ETK
KSD
ETM 1&2

Any help would be great.

EBA is the mobile phone data manager, and can be opened with zipzag (although I have not used it so cannot vouch for download service)
TIS is a tile image set that is used by a heap of graphics programs, eg mahjongg
ETM is an electronic audio file and requires an ETVC media CODEC to open in an audio player such as eTplayer
