Another Trans Failure
 

25,000 miles on an '03 x5 and I've received Trans Fail Program error. Is this cause for concern?

i had that happen to me once... i thought it was my fault because i replace my transmission fluid and differential fluid every 15k.. but in the manual it tells me that it's lifetime which i think is a bunch of bull... but i had that happen to me once and kinda stressed me out..

Take the car to a dealer or independent and have them check your codes to see if anything has been tripped.
