Lowering question...
 

Hey....
I have 22" rims On my 4.4i X-5 w/ rear air suspension , I wanted to lower it at least 2" all around...whats the best way to go?:confused:

2" in the front is almost impossible to do without a full blown coil-over set-up, which equals big bucks. I believe Tein makes such a kit. The most you can do with just lowering springs is 1-1/2" to 1-3/4" at the most. There are several brands out there to accomplish this drop, H&R, Eibach, Intrax, etc.. But the only brand that comes with the shortened endlinks for the rear is H&R. And thats a 1-1/2" drop for the rear. The only other option for lowering the rear is going to the dealer, if you can find one that willing, and have them lower it via the computer(DIS). Or buy the adjustable endlinks that I sell and do it yourself and be able to adjust it to whatever height you need at any time. Also cost less then most dealer will charge. Yes I know it's a free plug! Goodluck with your decsion.

Only coilover system I've seen is from KW.

I don't see a point in buying coilovers if you have rear air suspension as you would pay full price, but you would only be able to use the front coilover assembly.

IMO, just do front springs and rear links for a 1.2-1.5in drop and call it a day.

Did Jlevi steal your rear endlinks????? Or are you selling them to him? I saw they poped up on his page a couple weeks ago for about the same price you sell yours for.
