Invision Headrest Monitors Warranty
I would like to tell you about the recent Warranty issue I had with my Invision Headrest Monitors.
Basically the B screen had become irratic and often decided not to start up, I could hear the DVD spinning but no picture on the screen. I contacted the dealer I bought the product from and they prompty ordered me a new screen without fuss or complaint. I was kept informed by E-mail as to the expected date of the new screen arriving and being shipped out to me. The new screen arrived and I refitted it into the car with ease. All is now working fine. Thankyou to Brenda at Brecht BMW and Lawerence at Invision for a painless warranty replacement.It is nice to know they stand by the product without fuss or question. :thumbup: :thumbup: |

Interesting, I just had an issue with one set of headphones. I replaced the batteries, no luck, switch the headphones from B to A, no luck. One call to Lawrence and a quick drive over to Parkview BMW here in Toronto and I walked out with a brand new pair of headphones. No hassle, no problem...nothing but great service!
