Invision Headrest Monitors Warranty
 
I would like to tell you about the recent Warranty issue I had with my Invision Headrest Monitors.
Basically the B screen had become irratic and often decided not to start up, I could hear the DVD spinning but no picture on the screen.
I contacted the dealer I bought the product from and they prompty ordered me a new screen without fuss or complaint.
I was kept informed by E-mail as to the expected date of the new screen arriving and being shipped out to me.
The new screen arrived and I refitted it into the car with ease.
All is now working fine.
Thankyou to Brenda at Brecht BMW and Lawerence at Invision for a painless warranty replacement.It is nice to know they stand by the product without fuss or question.

That is great to hear. There aren't many companies out there these days that are so painless to deal with. It's usually a pitched battle to get the smallest satisfaction.

I hope my Invision system never has a problem but at least I know I'll get help. :thumbup:

Interesting, I just had an issue with one set of headphones. I replaced the batteries, no luck, switch the headphones from B to A, no luck. One call to Lawrence and a quick drive over to Parkview BMW here in Toronto and I walked out with a brand new pair of headphones. No hassle, no problem...nothing but great service!
