rack & pinnion leaking

hi this is jose from puerto rico i drive x5 2004
can someone tell the lower price to buy from
mine has 55000 miles and is out of warranty
and i don't know is mine has servo or not?

to see if its servotronic or not just see if it has a electrical connector where the steering shaft joins the rack assembly.
