CD player retrofit
 

am looking into upgrading my outdated cassette deck to the single deck in-dash CD player. Does anyone know if the "new gen" flat pins can be installed or the old pins will fit my 10/03 produced X5 3.0?
if not, how can we know which model will fit.

Did you think of anIpod system? About the same price (If you have the Ipod.)

indeed I have. Bought the DICE unit from Tom of EAS. But would like to retrofit the CD unit so that I still have an option to play CDs if we want to.
