Can anyone assist with why this program is not providing me with access to all the available BMW Diagnosis Menu functions?

I can access the "Special Functions" and communicate with the vehicle however cannot access the "Perform Diagnosis" function and obtain coms. I realise I purchased a crack version in conjunction with the interface I bought on Ebay when I received the items, too late once the horses bolted.

Appreciate if anyone may have a work around this issue, many thanks in advance.
