Replacing Hood Sensor
 

Thanks to everyone for help insolving my alarm system. That would have cost hundreds at the stealer. I discnnected the sensor and no more alarm isues. So now to the replacment. I haven't looked closely but it is very straight forward? Any tips?

Try doing a search. I remember reading a post about this and it had a pic or pics.

The problem is usually the adjustment of the sensor. Just leave it disconnected. To get the hood open (without lots of damage) you need to get into the cabin anyway.
