i've never heard of CSL's being avail. in 22". In fact there was a long thread on X5World a little while back where a guy was just "thinking" about getting enough people interested in it to have CSL replicas made in 19" or 20". I've never seen them commercially avail.

Yup.. I was that guy. I was trying to get a local wheel shop that makes repro 19inch CSLs to make them in 20 inch. You can see the 19s they make here:
