Just wanted to know if this is normal....

The a/c fan closed, radio closed, and the only thing on is the xenon headlights there is a constant buzzing sound coming from the far left side of the dash(the top vent next to the gauges). From what I noticed the buzzing only comes on when the headlights are on.

I would say not normal. You should still be under warranty so give the dealer a call.

Check the tweeter on the door if you have one!!! Does it click every 30 seconds or so???? And even though you said you tried the radio down turn the volume all the way down and then two more clicks to the left !!! My reasoning is that I have that same hissing noise and mine is from the tweeter!! Good luck!!!
