Another happy Westchester BMW customer here. Who is your SA?

I haven't been to Open Road yet...just experiencing other dealers for now. Westchester came highly recommended and I have an old friend along the way so it made for a nice trip. Unfortunately, they don't provide a loaner unless you purchased from them.

Life Quality needs to give me a reason to take my vehicles that I baby and spent good money on, to them again. My experiences were mainly poor service and customer service...I get an uneasy, unwelcome feel when I walk in, there's never a loaner available, I pick up my vehicle and it seems the issue is still there. When I approached them, I didn't get any feeling of concern on their part but more of a "you must be mistaken" response. Can't speak for you but I believe I know how my car should drive...:confused: After all this...my SA has the nerve to ask if I will give him "5 stars accross the board when I receive a service courtesy call from BMW." I simply walked away and never returned.

I suggest either getting a second opinion or knowing exactly what the issue(s) is/are before taking it into your stealer.

Is it common to replace drive belts at 44000 miles? :confused: I was scheduled to pickup the X last Friday but SA says they noticed the drive belts need to be replaced.

Need to do mine now at 60K...
