Well here is the prognosis per a smoke test and visual inspection:

Leaking intake manifold gaskets, leaking valley pan and gaskets, rear breather hoses beginning to fail.

Now the good news. My extended warranty company is solid and approved the repairs minus the hoses. Not to shabby at all. I'll report back after the repair with a list of parts.
