valet key?
 

I have a faint memory about a discussion on one of the boards where during an exchange of stories about problems with valet parking, there was reference to something like a 'valet key'. Is my memory wrong on this?

I need to park at the downtown Sheraton in OKC (where I live) for 6 nights to work a conference later this month. Is the X5 (and xenon lights, etc) not safer to be parked in the valet area than the self-parking? I just recently put out $500 for circles on the hood dug by vandals when the car was parked until 9pm at my wife's school which is about 4-5 miles south of the Sheraton.
