hard door handles on 3.0 2002

Hi,
All the 4 handles of my X5 are pretty hard to open. Is somebody knows what to do ?

Im pretty sure its normal. Mine are like that too..some people think that they are locked when they are not.

My front right is the same way,the dealer says its the locking mech. that the handle pulls, $350 to change. i payed a gym membership for my friend its cheaper.
