OK, well I had the truck detailed over the weekend and I finally had a chance to upload a few pics from my camera. This is a 2002 3.0i with 74K miles - she's looking pretty good for almost 6 years old! ;)

Gorgeous...Very Clean. The pre-facelift 3.0i SP Rims are a very nice looking classic look.

Nice but someone broke your rear quarter window. It looks like some neighborhood kids shot a puck at it. :D Good to see another hockey fan/player amongst us.

hi,

I noticed you have a stain on your front windshield where the rain sensor. I have the same one. did you show it to the dealer?

The pre X is so classy lookin! Nice Ride buddy! I think Bmw should have kept the same look as long as they could. I guess 6 years is the max time for a model.

You know, I never noticed that and I'm heading outside to take a look! That could explain why the rain sensor wipers sometimes go berserk with a mind of their own and really don't work well?

Yup, we have pucks everywhere in my garage, house, driveway and yard! I figured I'd stick the foam puck to the outside of the rear quarter window to match. Congrats to the Ducks winning the Stanley Cup and hope you got to see a finals game at home. Maybe next year for my NY Rangers! BTW, most of the 74K miles on the X was in terrible snowy travel to my kid's hockey games travelling all over New England and New York over the past 6 years or so. It's amazing the X came so clean after the full detail - I found this independent shop that did the detail work for $99. It would have cost me more in soap, cleaners and sponges if I did it myself! ;)

Lov'in the clean classic look, very refreshing indeed.

Very nice mate. In Australia we have water restrictions in place which means no washing your car and no watering your plants, the drought has been in some parts for over 10 years.

You can go to a car wash which uses recycled water but it's seen 1000's of cars, if you don't dry it off the water marks are horrendous and seems like you should go back in line for another wash.

Been 4 months since my last car wash :( Got sick of lining up and waiting for 2 hours.
