OP, I would hate to jump on the slow down band wagon, but being 10 minutes late beats having to pay fines and increased insurance..... Anyway, if you haven't used it before, there is an app called Waze and unlike the regular GPS, it's a GPS but the best thing about it is, other user report anything from cops, to traffic, to accident to derbies on the road and it will notify you almost instantly.
