Bluetooth is "state of the art"

Am I the only one who has pairing issues with X and 2 phones.
Happened last time 6 months ago, now it happened again. Both phones dont work with my X anymore. First my phone got disconnected about 2 months ago and now second one doesnt work.
Should I try to pair again?
its 2006

my bluetooth module died and took it in to have it replaced today...dealer called me to ask about my phone...treo650...and said they weren't going to replace it until i got a new phone on the compatible phone list !!!! they said my un/noncompatible phone CAUSED the bluetooth module to fail by corrupting it over time, and will just do it again. it worked flawlessly for 2 months before it died. Can they do that?? i don't have the assist function as it is part of the bluetooth module. anyone else run into this??

I have had two phones paired for the last six months with no issues, just paired a third, which replaced one of the original two, with no issues. Same year as yours.
