Where to get a new key cut in the Bay Area?

I just picked up a replacement key on Ebay and programmed it to the car security system, but now I need to get the stem cut, so I can actually use the key for the ignition and door locks. Any recommendations here in the Bay Area or is the dealer the best bet?
