Alright, Final Stage resistor was major PITA
 

Major issues when replacing where geeting the plug off of the final stage resistor. Make sure you use a set of Pliers to squeeze the end of the plug. If you try and do manually it will take forever. Also I suggest removing glovebox, it was not that difficult to get out, but harder to get back in. Make sure you align the rear of box with to rest on the rear metal bar
