Stuttering RPM's

If I floor the car, the RPM's stall at about 4000 and then again around 5000. If I ease on the gas there is no problems but quick cceleraion is impossible. Also the transmission shifts very hard between second and third.

Most likely need your software reprogrammed, take it to the dealer.
