try swapping your heater controll module with another one. the lean fault usually is maf sensor, possibly oil cap loose, could be crankcase vent valve. Try spraying the intake area and piping with brake clean with the engine running and see if it stumbles in any particular area when spraying. Could be vaccum leak.
