Load specifics for alignment
 

I just replaced both of my front lower control arms and see from the forum that a proper alignment requires weights in the seats. What are the specifics - # of lbs and locations? I searched and found mention of the requirement but no actual #s. Once I learn this I will then search for a shop that knows these specifics.
