Oil service light reset Question
 

I noticed there is a how to on here but it says for a October/November 2000 and beyond. In my door jam it says 01/00 so would that mean january 2000 it was produced and if so does this DIY apply to mine aswell?

Give the post 2K MY instructions a try...I doubt that it
will hurt and it may be the normal fix.

When BMW dragged out the X, I suspect most of the
'00 first runs and '01s on, had the same stuff.
It cannot be rocket science in the re-set...
