been there but no clue how to go into the service menu for the nav and have done all of the above, everything worked fine until i decided one day to try and change the country in the location of the nav

ok so i've removed the cd put the cd back, i've driven around for who knows how long, i've left the car on for more than 15 minutes in position 1, i've manually input the current position location and i'm still ending up in the water on the map. any ideas?

Service mode menu.
Go to the main menu and then settings. Press the menu button for about 10 seconds until a new menu appears. See if there's something there that can help you |

ok so here are the details
GPS tracking visible 8 almanac yes wheel sensor 0 satelites 8 status position known gyro 02520 direction forward latitude --- -- -- longitude --- -- -- altitude 10m date time 30/09/07 3.00 g speed/heading 0.0m/s 000 rec stat/pos src pos 7 pdop/hdop/vdop 2.8 1.9 2.1 software version 1.8 date 15111 |
i also did the whole drive around thing and look so when I'm going forward it shows forward and the wheel sensor shows positive numbers, when in reverse shows negative. I've also pulled the fuse(s) for the navi and then let it sit and still nothing. Any ideas?
