Glass Repair
 

Hey All,

Just wanted to pass along a personal recommendation. My X's windshield was replaced this week due to a large horizontal crack caused by an irate rock on the interstate. To think I was the one carpooling that day.:dunno: If anyone in NC needs glass repair or replacement, try Randy @ Piedmont Triad Glass first @ (336) 722-2428. He was courteous, professional, and quick. I'd rather not break the factory seal if possible, but their mobile service was complete within an hour. My insurance (Nationwide) covered the entire cost and they didn't give me any grief over the OEM glass replacement. So far, it seems to be solid, though, I let it sit for @ least eight hours before driving and haven't driven over 35 mph this week.
