final result from warranty list
 

-new windshield and rain sensor
-new front grills
-new alternateur tensioner and strap
-they actually removed the whistle, it was the icv
-changed 50% of all moldings around doors
-fixed rear tailgate noise
-changes from HVAC vent due to noise
-repainted under hood due to rust
-changed right side mirror motor for tilt
-changed microswitch for folding mirrors

what can I say, but thanks BMW Canada for the great service
