I am at my 4th post on this forum but I have not introduced myself yet. Sorry.
My name is Mihai and I am an active member on numerous other BMW websites(m5board, bimmerforums, bimmerfest, roadfly, bimmerboard).:thumbup:
I just aquired an '03 4.6is Dinan S2( - stress bar).
I bought the car for resale, but meanwhile I will enjoy it.
It's a real power monster!:yikes: I would assume it's close to 390hp

This board seems very friendly and I am sure I will aquire a lot of X5 knowledge. This is my first X5. :popcorn:

I was looking at the Dinan website and spoke to the owner that did all the work; that's how I came up with the #'s.
The 1st owner actually said it has 400hp, but I don't know if that's right:rolleyes:

As far as the exhaust sound goes: it's amazing . You have to hear it in person.

The only problem right now is the driver side door handle that I will fix today(needs a handle carrier unit as UCrewX5 advised me. Thanks).

Otherwise everything works and looks in perfect shape.
I also spoke to the 1 and only owner that took a good 20 minutes on the phone to fill me in with all the details on the car(I bought the car from the dealership where he traded it ). Very nice guy that is willing to meet with me and provide me with all the stuff that he has left, and receipts from work done. :thumbup:

I don't have a used car lot, but
 

my father in law has a dealer licence. I use his licence to buy cars. It's a business that we just started and hope to expend.
And of course, I am buying mostly BMW's :D
If anyone here needs help finding a car at wholesale price(or price a car), I would be more than happy to help.
