Upgrade to Xenon - Help

hey guys, im looking to upgrade my stock halogens in my 01 X to xenon. There is a set for sale on the forums here http://www.xoutpost.com/bmw-sav-items...tml#post387721

What would I need to get them up and running. Thanks
