E box

I'm trying to get at my wiper relay which is located in the E box. It appears to be somewhere in te engine compartment but I can't see anything obvious. Can anyone tell me where it is and how to get at it.

I have a 2000 X5 4.4i with wipers that do there own thing, not mine.
