I have installed the H+R 30mm spacers on my X5 4.8. I bought it from these guys -> Evolution sports

le mans do u have a pic of ure car after the spacers

I have not taken the pics yet. Its dark now, let me go to the garage and see how the pics come out.

Did you use the stock wheel bolts after you installed the spacers, or get new?

30mm at all 4 corners?

Ok- I'll bite- I have no idea what spacers are and what they do- help me no be so ignorant- LOL!!!

Spacers are metal plates that fit between the rim and the brake rotor (where the wheel bolts up to) and they are to push the wheel further out. The purpose is generally cosmetic (giving the vehicle the appearance of a wider stance), however it can also be used to get the right rim offset if you are using non-stock rims.
