Need Good Indi shop for brake replacement in VA/DC area

Can anyone recommend any?

There is a shop that was recommended by some VA/DC members. Perhaps Wagner or Guinness can fill in the blank. I believe they had recommended it.

check out your local chapter's website. there are plenty of places recommended there. also, many of the places we host DIYs are very good too.

I've used Excluservice in Rockville, MD before. They did a decent job fixing the alignment on the X3 and honor BMW CCA discounts.

This is a DIY. Took my friend and I 2 hrs for rotors and pads and I have never done brakes before. DIY on X5 world is pretty good.

Alternatively, Martin Motorsports in Alexandria can do they job. Gary, the owner, is a BMWCCA member and his wife drives an X5.

Thanks guys. I'll use these shops you provided for future reference. Anyway I ended up bring the X to the dealer and was able to work something out with my SA. Got rotors and pads, sensors done for $600 and a free lunch.
