Tightening torque for spark plug?
 

Does anyone know the tightening torque for spark plugs in my 2001 4.4i? I just checked TIS, it says 23 +/- 3 Nm for M12 x 1.25 thread, 30 +/- 3 Nm for M14 x 1.25 thread. Which one is for 2001 4.4 X5? I am confused.

If you get the right OEM plugs for your 4.4, it'll say on the box.

But I did not see any instruction on the box or anywhere.

Roger, my records show that 30 +/- 3 Nm is the correct torque.
