My First BMW Assist Experience.
 

Went to drive off thie morning and "flop flop flop" yep, I have a flat. No problem, I have BMW Assist!!!. I hit the button, and the message appears on the NAV. "BMW ASSIST INACTIVE" tried again, tried SOS, all the same.

Luckily, I had the number in my mobile. I called them up and the rep was very curtious and they handled the road side assistance quite well.

As for the inactive error, they said I need to bring it in as there might be an error somewhere.

Oh, well. Just was glad that this was not a real emergency.
