Fixing headlight condensation?
 

Earlier this year, me and iop9000 baked my headlights to install some AEs but the glue did not ed up melting. Just wished I could've had the angel eyes but it's no problem.

Now the problem is I have condensation all over that headlight and it bugs me whenever I see it. Does anyone know how I can resolve this problem? At first I didn't think I'd have condensation problems since it was unopeable, but now I do. Maybe my headlight can be opened?:confused:

What is the date stamp on the top of the headlight between the 2 adjuster nuts. Look like a clock with year in the centre and arrow pointed to month of manufacture. Only about 1/2" diameter. >10/02 and too new to open.

I've heard of people using vacuums to draw air through the light via the bulb sockets. Pesonally I took mine out and blew warm aiir through with a hairdryer.

Realistically you need to find if this is a one off that it got in or you created a leak. If you dry it and it returns then ggo looking for porly fitted seals, else run a secondary bead of silicone around the lens to backing seal ( the one you tried to open)

Also check the 2 breathers on the rear of the light are fitted and correctly located pointed down and have their foam bungs in place

All the above worked for me when I fitted AE and initially failed to seal the light correctly which I discovered later rinsing off with a hose....
