2001 Radiator

My original 2001 radiator for my 4.4 has to be replaced. How long is the replacement repair time if I do myself? Are there any DIY's for this here?

If everything goes smooth and you knowwhat your doing about 3 hours for me

good time to do the waterpump and thermostat plus hoses. it took me 3-4 hours

If you think your hoses are good, just double check them before you start re-assembly. When you squeeze them they should be firm not flimsy, and weak.

Took about three hours. Would have been much quicker if I didn't have to run out to sears for a 10mm socket
