Cam positioning sensor help

IM trying to replace the cam positioning sensor but i cant seem to find the right tool to take it out.. has anyone replaced theirs, if so how did you get it out, is there a BMW tool to remove the part?

you need a little elbow grease. there is an o ring. Alight pry with a slotted screwdriver should do. estimated repair time is 30 min

thats the cam speed sensor that your talking about, which is #12 in the picture. the one i need to remove is #11(SOLENOID VALVE) which is deep in the timing case cover.
