NOW CHECK ENGINE LIGHT!

Heres the deal. X starts no problem. Check engine light comes on. Put the X in gear and drive away. No problems. Runs GREAT! When I go to put the X in Park, the Trans Failsafe comes on. Shut it off, then restart, No trans Failsafe????????????? X will drive normal until I go to put it in park. Also, as I turn the ignition off, the Battery light flashes once. Any ideas? Could it be a Bad cell in the battery causing the error? X was perfect when I parked it in Aug. Only issue was that the battery was totally drained.

Get a new battery. I read your other posts about charging the battery you have now.... your having symptoms of what many members describe here when they have tired batteries. You can get one for $120.
