So what features can be recoded by the dealer?
 

Have to take the X5 in for a couple other things, so want them to recode several things:
Turn off the daytime running lights
Recode so the doors do not automatically lock
Recode for 1 touch unlock

Can I recode:
Parktronic volume?
Speed sensitive volume?

Will try to get them to recode for remote control windows up.

What else should I consider?

On that same note: can the automatic movement of the steering wheel upon entry / exit be disabled by coding?

What oyu can programme is specific to each year, model and country, although broadly similar.

The deakler can print you out a list of what you have and what you can have done.

Search the site as I'm sure I recall seeing a scan of someones print out

From memory Parktronic, speed sensitive volume and steering wheel are NOT on the lists

There is a lot that can be programmed at each individual key level such as open 1 or all doors on a key press, lock on drive off or not, etc.
