Resealing Headlights/Wiring AE's

I have successfully installed strobe light heads and eBay AE kit in pre-2002 headlights i bought second hand. I am going to seal them back up and hook them up tomorrow. (1) What is the best glue to seal them tight, but allow me to potentially rebake them and open them. While sealing well enough to prevent condensation on lens'. (2) i am going to tap the fog light power supply to wire the AE's, how do i identify the fog light wires?

I heated mine with a hot air gun and pushed them back together. Initially they did leak very slightly but as luck would have it I needed to reopen them to fix an AE fault.

When I resealed I them ran a surface bead of black silicone sealer all around on top of the original adhesive. Logic being I could cut the bead off the surface and reheat to melt the original adhesive if I ever needed to open them again.

Never leaked after several months of English weather and regular hose washes

Can't help on the foglights as in the UK we wire into sidelights built into the main beam.

Looking to do this on monday as well, this site has some good threads about the glue to use. Types of epoxy etc.
