X5 Radio - Low Signal
 
The signal strength is very low. I have had the dealer look at the car and they tell me that the can not fix it.

Tried to install a portable XM radio and the radio does not pick up the unit unless I hold the xm radio towards the back of the vehical

Is there any way to modify the system to increase the signal strength?
