i got the same problem is there a way that i can reset it myself?

I don't know of away to reset it. If you end up taking it to the dealership, insist on them that they just need to reset the fault code from Transport mode to Sales mode. Don't have them troubleshoot anything else but read the fault code right away. The will be able to tell right away.
