Can I user BMW DSP LOEWE AMPLIFIER AMP E38 E39 5 7 SERIES X5 NAVI , my car is a 2001, nav, Not DSP, can I install this without having problems

You need to install a lot more than just the amp. Check the articles section. Cars with the DSP feature have a different radio/navi head unit, many more speakers including two small subs in the trunk and a different wiring harness.
